• Obtain on your behalf if requested a special purpose trustee company constitution and the associated minutes from a respected legal firm, who will also attend to the registration of the company with ASIC.

• Document all minutes, forms and declarations for SMSF establishment.

• Lodgement of the ABN & TFN application including an election for the SMSF to become a regulated fund.
