We understand that you need to be able to call us when you need to discuss your fund or the legislative environment you as a Trustee operate within. That is why our service specialises in everyday phone support for you with a dedicated person, who will work closely with you on an ongoing basis.

We will also contact you on the completion of your annual administration to discuss your fund and the annual results. This is a significant time for Trustees to make plans and implement changes where necessary.  You will find it beneficial to have someone help you read and understand your annual financials and guide your decision making through the super legislation where necessary.

 

For you to achieve the best outcomes for your SMSF, your advisor also needs to be kept in the loop and may have questions regarding your fund and what it is allowed to do with regard to its governing rules.  Our SPAA Accredited Advisors are available for general information provision and basic email support, after you have provided authority for us to do so.

These personal services apply to all of our SMSF Trustees who pay fees on a monthly basis regardless of which administration service the fund is using.

Depending on your preferences and service requirements you will either choose our monthly administration services or our annual administration services.
